VL-40S single sided graphic frame with a solid outside finish has a profile width of 40mm. It is rigid because it’s backside has a longer metal edge for reinforcement, making it especially great for wall mounting and hanging overhead. Plus, it is lightweight; however, for widths longer than 4ft., it is not recommended to be used as a free-standing display without a support because of its thin profile width. When installing the fabric graphic, the keder can fit 12mm deep and 3mm wide into the keder trough. Not compatible with lights (cannot be backlit.)

Hardware Setup: To make one edge of the frame, take two cut VL-40S extrusions and, between, add Split Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Take two completed 10’ edges and slide in Corner Connector; tighten. Repeat this three times. Connect VL-40C to the other; tighten. Vertically insert ends of completed VL-40C into top and bottom of the frame; tighten.

Upgrade to Replace: VL Toolless Corner Connector and VL Toolless Split Connector.

Graphic Installation: Transversely, push corners of graphic into the frame’s recessed groove. Then, starting midway on the frame going toward the corners, continue pushing in the straight edges of the graphic on all four sides.
